Reasons Why You May Not Be Achieving Your Goals Yet

Have you watched the movie the secret? Have you tried to visualise your goals every day? Have you been writing down your goals and released them? Have you tried all of this and still not achieving your goals and dreams?
Well, the reason you may be struggling with achieving your goals maybe that you have limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are programs running within us that create our reality. For example, you may have a thought that you don't deserve success. This is a program that is in your subconscious mind that makes it reality for you. You believe that you don't deserve success, so no matter what you do you don’t seem to be able to get ahead.
If you've been trying and trying to achieve your goals with no success, I would encourage you to identify the internal programs you are running within you that keeps holding you back.
When you think about a particular goal what are your internal feelings saying? For example, you want a new job. When you think about having your new job, you have these uncomfortable feelings and thoughts that keep holding you back: I am not good enough, no one really wants me anyway. You have an uncomfortable feeling that you struggle to let go of. These thoughts and feelings are preventing you from moving forward.
I would suggest learning about hypnosis, seeing a hypnotherapist or EFT. Both are effective processes and can help you re-program those limiting beliefs for more empowering ones.
